Your officers have been talking, and we have decided that drastic measures are needed to get this guild progressing again. Starting this week there are going to be some changes in the way we run our raids.
We will be implementing a Core Raider rank, who will get priority invites to every raid along with other perks yet to be determined.
To determine who gets promoted to this new rank, you will have to give us an application of sorts. You inform us that you would like to be evaluated, and over the course of the next week your performance will determine if you are eligible.
On the other side of the spectrum, for those of you who fail to live up to expectations on a consistent basis will find yourselves benched. If that means we don't raid, then those who have proven themselves are more than welcome to form a ZA group.
Tips for proving that you are a capable raider and that you deserve your raid spot:
Come prepared
-Bring and use consumables on a regular basis, especially on progression nights. This means Flasks/elixirs and food buffs.
-Come with a basic understanding of the programed event that you are about to partake in, this means read up on the fight beforehand.
-Make sure you are fully repaired before the raid, and if you use reagents, be sure to have enough for the entire night.
Don't suck
-Know your role, know what to look out for, and most importantly show that you know these things.
-Don't go afk without making it known to an officer or the raid leader specifically, that means whisper someone don't just say it in raid chat.
-Don't blow the raid up, don't get hit by spout, don't stand in the fire, etc.
Pay attention
-Listen in vent, and read raid chat constantly between fights so you know if we change anything, your officers don't like repeating themselves.
